Our Carlos Robot is ready for welding

Baxter arrived!

Today we received our Baxter Research Robot. It is the first Baxter robot in DK. It will support our bachelor education Manufacturing and Operations Engineering, as well as, of course, or research work. We are all eager to test it out.

UR 5 arm arrived

We have now a UR5 robot, which is supported by the Mini-Picker project. It will be used for developing and testing a novel low-cost 3D sensing device for bin-picking.

Menna Siam has started her PhD at RVMI

We have a new colleauge: Menna Siam. Menna started on August 1st and is hired in the national project MiniPicker. A warm welcome to her.

HRI demonstration in TAPAS

UR10 arm arrived

We decided to use a Universal Robots robot arm for the EU project STAMINA. Our UR10 robot arm has arrived at our lab and it looks good!!
